Ario’s Working Playlists

Michelle Ross

Have you ever been stuck in a job where music was played from a central sound system and everyone was forced to listen to someone else’s preferences? Or worse, elevator smooth jazz so smoothed out it’s no longer jazz. It’s like being robbed of autonomy. Stripped into conformity.  Dulled into apathy. Okay, we’re being dramatic, but it’s pretty annoying, right?

We all tend to think we’re the best DJ, just as everyone thinks their newborn is the most precious or their interior decorating is the definition of talent. Yet, we’re told time after time that we’re not as talented as we think. When we’re driving in the car, all the passengers seem to be filing complaints against our song choices and queuing up their own picks.

But maybe, just maybe, it’s because no one can understand the depth and complexity of our musical groupings. Oh, you're curious to hear our playlists? The songs we listen to as we create genius products for Ario? We’ve compiled our team’s playlists, and naturally, they’re all very different:

When the Stage Is Gone: Online Talk Tips

Quick tips to help you command the screen, not the stage. Public speaking is a whole new ballgame now that most talks have moved online. Conferences, summits, expos, trade shows, seminars, workshops, you name it, are all now located on your laptop. That means the speaker, the person inside the screen, the person that could be you, needs to also adapt.

One cool chap.

A Beer & Tech Pairing Guide: Augmented Reality vs. Virtual Reality Series

The tournament is back. In this round of AR vs. VR, we’re hopping into the beer industry. Although breweries’ attempts to blend augmented reality (AR) into their labeling/packaging pale in comparison to wineries, they have really pulled into the virtual reality (VR) space with some crafty experiences. In this batch, we’re looking at the different ways breweries use immersive reality. Of course, beauty is in the eye of the beer holder, so try some of these experiences for yourselves.
